    The first and foremost reason is stress. No one can deny that the root cause of this problem is stress. The person who came under stress started various health problems. In the various research done to date, it has become clear that due to stress, our hair weakens and breaks.
  2. Genetic
    Hair loss is also a major cause of genetic, which is called androgenic alopecia. The American Academy of Dermatology believes that the biggest reason behind hair loss is this. If your family has had this problem, then you may also have to face it.
  3. Hormonal changes
    Having menopause, in the event of pregnancy or thyroid, the hormones in the body begin to change. For this reason, hair can also fall.
  4. Eating unbalanced food

Home Remedies for Hair Fall

  1. Coconut Milk

Material :
One cup of coconut milk

Recipe :
Put coconut milk on your head with the help of Hair Die brush.
After this, covered the head with towels and leave it for about 20 minutes.
Now remove the towels and wash the hair with cold water.
Finally clean hair with shampoo.

How to Use:
You can do this procedure once a week.
Here's how:
Coconut milk contains plenty of vitamins-E and fat, which makes them healthier by brushing the hair. In addition, this Coconut milk contains proteins, minerals and other components which help in growing hair. Applying coconut milk on the hair or head may reduce the problem of hair fall or hair loss. Similarly, all these nutrients are present in coconut oil, which strengthen the hair with roots.

  1. Azadirachta indica

Material :
10-12 dry leaves of Azadirachta indica

Recipe :
Boil the Azadirachta indica leaves in water until the water is halfway.
After this, let the water cool down.
Now wash the hair with this water.

How to Use:
Always wash hair with this mixture when you shampoo. If this is possible, you can do it once a week.
Such is beneficial:
Azadirachta indica has antibacterial properties, which helps fight dandruff. In addition, Azadirachta indica keeps blood flow balanced, due to which the roots of the hair get adequate nutrition and the hair is strong. It is also effective in eliminating zoos from the head.

Note: Azadirachta indica mixed water is harmful to the eyes. Therefore, while washing the head with neem water, keep in mind that the water should not be seen in the eyes.

  1. Fenugreek

Material :
Two teaspoons of fenugreek seeds
Four tablespoon curd
An egg
or else
Seeds of a cup of fenugreek

Recipe :

Process No. 1
Soak the fenugreek seeds in water for overnight
Next morning, make a paste of these seeds.
Now mix it with a little water and mix it.
Later, add whitish curd and egg in it.
Now put this paste on your hair.
Wash the hair with water after about half an hour.

Process Number-2
Put the fenugreek seeds in water and leave for overnight.
Next morning, grind them and prepare the paste.
Now apply this paste from the roots of the hair to the upper end and cover the head with a shower cap.
Wash the head with cold water after about 40 minutes.

How to Use:
You can use this home remedy for hair loss once or twice a month.
Here's how:
Fenugreek seeds help the hair growth and hair follicles reproduce the pores. In addition, they make the hair long, strong and bring natural light.

  1. Egg

Material :
two eggs
or else
An egg
One teaspoon olive oil

Recipe :
Process No. 1
Break both of them into a bowl.
Separate the yellow part of the egg from the egg.
Now mix the eggs until they are done.
With the help of Hair Die brush, place this paste on your head and hair.
Cover the head with a shower cap.
After 20 minutes, wash the hair with cold water and then shampoo.

Process Number-2
Mix the white part of the egg into olive oil.
Mix it well and apply it on the head and hair until the paste is formed.
After 15-20 minutes wash the hair with cold water and shampoo afterward.

Use at least twice a week.

Eggs contain proteins, vitamins-B, biotin and essential nutrients which are beneficial for hair.


Material :
A bowl curd
Fenugreek seeds

Recipe :
Grind fenugreek grams in a mixer.
Now mix this powder in curd and mix it.
Put this mixture on the head and hair and massage the head with light hands.
About 20 minutes after washing hair with lukewarm water, shampoo.

It can be applied on the head once or twice a week.

Two Tea Bags (Green Tea)
Two-three cups of hot water

Material :
Some leaves of the beet
Two tablespoon Mehandi
Half cup beet juice

Heat two cups of water in a vessel and put the beetroot leaves in it.

Now remove the leaves and grind them and make their paste.
Mix the yeasty and beetroot juice in the paste.
Now with the help of a brush, apply this paste on the hair by wetting the hair lightly.
After 20-30 minutes wash hair and shampoo.

You can use it three to four times a week.

Beetroot contains Potassium, Protein and Vitamin-B and C. All these qualities are better for healthcare.


  1. Amla

Material :
4-5 amla
One cup of coconut oil

Recipe :
Boil the gooseberry in coconut oil till it becomes black.
When the oil cools down, then massage the head and hair from it.
Wash the head with shampoo after about 20-30 minutes.

How to Use:
It can be applied twice a week on hair.
How do the benefits:
Amla is considered as the major source of vitamin C. Vitamin C not only increases hair growth but also strengthens it. Vitamin-C also helps in the formation of collagen, which is essential for the development of forces. Apart from this, it absorbs iron, which keeps hair healthy.
